Your personal data may be collected and processed by Azul Anacr\u00f3nico <\/b>for the following purposes:<\/p>

Failure to provide personal data for the purposes set out in points a) and b) implies a breach, by Azul Anacr\u00f3nico,<\/b> of contractual and legal obligations imposed on it, a situation that constitutes grounds for Azul Anacr\u00f3nico,<\/b> not to conclude the purchase and sale contract, without any right to compensation or indemnification.<\/p>

Why do we process your information?<\/b><\/h5>

The processing of your personal data will be carried out based on the execution of the purchase and sale contract of products concluded with Azul Anacr\u00f3nico,<\/b> , and in strict compliance with legal obligations imposed on Azul Anacr\u00f3nico,<\/b> , namely in matters of tax legislation (see points b) and c) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the GDPR).<\/p>

For the purpose set out in point c) above, Azul Anacr\u00f3nico <\/b>will process personal data based on a legitimate interest pursued by itself, as well as by the Client (see point f) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the GDPR).<\/p>

Furthermore, the lawfulness of processing the personal data collected for the purpose set out in point d) above is based on the consent given by the Client to Azul Anacr\u00f3nico <\/b>for the respective processing (see point a) of paragraph 1 of Article 6 of the GDPR).<\/p>

How long do we keep your information?<\/b><\/h5>

Without prejudice to any legal, regulatory or judicial determination to the contrary, the personal data collected will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that motivated its collection or subsequent processing.<\/p>

The most relevant retention periods that we have defined for the purposes of using your personal data are as follows:<\/p>

i. Transaction management \u2013 legal period of 10 years;<\/p>

ii. Customer management in loyalty program \u2013 3 years<\/p>

iii. Marketing \u2013 2 years (plus the current year) since the last interaction;<\/p>
