3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>From the moment the Customer logs into the website <\/span>www.azulanacronico.pt<\/b><\/span>, they are subject to these general conditions, as well as the legal and regulatory norms governing its operation and use.<\/span><\/p>

Article 3.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

(Order)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>To place an order, the Customer must access their personal online account on the website <\/span>www.azulanacronico.pt<\/b><\/span>, logging in using their email and password, and select the product(s) available for online sale, completing the order by confirming the delivery address, tax identification number, and final order validation.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>After final order validation, the Customer will receive an automatic \"Order Confirmation\" email message, and the order will be analyzed by <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span>'s internal services to assess the delivery conditions of the ordered product(s). This phase is intended to be as short as possible, preferably completed on the same day.<\/span><\/p>

3.<\/b><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 An email will be sent indicating the availability of the material and including a Delivery Note, which details the necessary information for payment, namely Multibanco Reference or IBAN for Bank Transfer. Possibly, at this stage, if any clarifications are needed, telephone contact may be necessary.<\/span><\/p>

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The final validation of the order constitutes, on the part of the Client, a declaration of full and unconditional acceptance of the transaction, including acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the legal and regulatory norms governing acquisitions of this nature, the price and characteristics of the ordered product, with the consequent mutual enforceability (by the Client and <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span>) of the services contained in the order communication document.<\/span><\/p>

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Upon confirmation of the order, the purchase and sale contract for the products is formalized, as well as the inherent delivery service.<\/span><\/p>

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>After order confirmation, an email will be sent to the customer with a summary of the order.<\/span><\/p>

11.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraphs, the aforementioned values are subject to change without prior notice, and the Customer may verify the shipping costs to be charged at the time of order completion.<\/span><\/p>

12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> may offer other delivery services on its website <\/span>www.azulanacronico.pt<\/b><\/span> , with prices varying according to the method chosen by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>

14.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> reserves the right to ship ordered products free of charge (\u201cfree shipping\u201d), this possibility being expressly indicated on the website <\/span>www.azulanacronico.pt <\/b><\/span>and, if applied, will be mentioned at the time of order completion.<\/span><\/p>

(Delivery)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will ship the product(s) ordered by the Customer through the logistics operator to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order confirmation, which may be different from the billing address.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Deliveries will be made on the days and times used by the logistics operator.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>A <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will not deliver any product to post office boxes.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>\u00a0A <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> undertakes to ship the order within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) working days.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>In case of product unavailability, namely due to stock shortage, <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will inform the Customer and may proceed with a replacement, subject to the Customer's acceptance. The Customer will not be entitled to any compensation for this situation.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The delivery time, which will depend on the logistics operator and the destination of the order, is added to the deadlines stipulated in the previous paragraphs.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Upon delivery of the order, the logistics operator will collect the signature of the person receiving it at the address indicated by the Customer, after the Customer has carefully inspected it. Refusal to sign the delivery document implies that this fact will be recorded on the document and the order will not be delivered to the Customer.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If the order is damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery or accept it with reservations, noting these on the delivery document.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

9.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>For the purposes of the preceding paragraph, the Customer must also contact <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span>, through the website <\/span>www.azulanacronico.pt<\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

10.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If delivery of the order is not possible, the logistics operator will leave a notice in the Customer's mailbox, and the Customer must contact the operator directly to schedule a new delivery during business hours, within a maximum of 1 (one) business day.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

11.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If the order cannot be successfully delivered on the new date due to a reason attributable to the Customer, the order will be returned to <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

12.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If the Customer does not receive the order under the terms stipulated in the preceding paragraphs, and it is returned, the purchase will be considered cancelled.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

13.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>A <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery of ordered products when such delays result from force majeure or fortuitous events, including strikes, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, riots, blockades, insurrections, acts of sabotage, earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, storms, fires, floods or other extreme weather or environmental conditions, as well as any act of public authority, provided that it is not attributable to <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda.<\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

14.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery deadline for the ordered products will be extended until it is possible to fulfill the obligation.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

15.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>If four (4) months have elapsed without the cessation of the force majeure event, either Party may terminate the contract on such grounds.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

Article 6.<\/b><\/span><\/h5>

(Returns Policy)<\/b><\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>A <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will accept returns when legally required.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

2.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>O Cliente na nossa loja\u00a0on-line, tem o direito de, sem incorrer em quaisquer custos, resolver o contrato no prazo m\u00e1ximo de\u00a0<\/span>30\u00a0dias corridos<\/b><\/span>from the day on which they take effective possession of the goods, and must, without needing to state a reason, notify <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> of their intention to terminate the contract through any unequivocal statement.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

3.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The CUSTOMER may not freely terminate contracts for:<\/span><\/p>

a) Supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;<\/span><\/p>

b) Supply of goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;<\/span><\/p>

c) Supply of sealed goods which are not returnable for reasons of health protection or hygiene if opened after delivery;<\/span><\/p>

d) Supply of goods which, after delivery and by their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items;<\/span><\/p>

e) Supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the delivery of these publications;<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

4.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>To proceed with the return of the product, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered or defaced, and with all accessories or promotional offers, if included, and also duly accompanied by proof of purchase or invoice.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

5.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>After receiving the product and verifying its perfect condition, <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will accept the return of the product, proceeding with the respective refund within 30 days.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

6.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Em caso de rutura do\u00a0stock, proceder\u00e1 a <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will refund the amount paid by the Customer, using the same payment method used by the Customer in the initial transaction.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

7.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The refund foreseen in the previous paragraph will be made based on the price actually paid for the product, excluding shipping costs.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

8.\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>Except as provided in the following paragraph, all expenses arising from the return of the order will be borne by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>

9.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>In any case, the return of defective products and\/or incorrect shipments will be accepted, with <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> being responsible for the shipping and return costs, provided that the Customer communicates this circumstance to the aforementioned address within 1 (one) day from the date of receipt of the products.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

10.\u00a0<\/b><\/span>In the situation foreseen in the previous paragraph, <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> assumes responsibility for defects of origin presented by the ordered product, and will proceed with the exchange of the product, or the return of the amount paid, without any costs to the Customer.<\/span><\/p>

\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/p>

11.\u00a0Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> will not accept the return of damaged products, or those showing evident signs of use, and will not be responsible for deficiencies resulting from incorrect and\/or negligent use, nor for components subject to wear and tear from normal use of the product.<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>A <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> n\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por qualquer dano decorrente da interven\u00e7\u00e3o abusiva de terceiros no sistema inform\u00e1tico que suporta o s\u00edtio da internet, nem pelos danos decorrentes da utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da internet e resultantes da presen\u00e7a de v\u00edrus inform\u00e1ticos ou outro\u00a0software\u00a0malicioso.<\/span><\/p>

1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/span>The computer records kept in the computer system of <\/span>Azul Anacr\u00f3nico, Lda<\/b><\/span> are considered proof of the conclusion of the contract between the Parties, as well as the conditions under which it was concluded.<\/span><\/p>
